Mainstay Abroad ("we", "our", "us") offers services including travel bookings, visa assistance, study abroad programs, language training, and job-seeking guidance. By using our website, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Services

· Travel Bookings: We assist in flight, hotel, and tour bookings. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

· Visa Assistance: We provide visa guidance and processing services. However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassies or consulates.

· Training Programs: Our IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and spoken English training programs follow specific schedules and fees, which may vary by course.

· Job-Seeking Programs: We assist in job-seeking guidance, but we do not guarantee employment.

· Study Abroad: We help you search for better universities as per the eligibly criteria and all the services related study abroad are met up with visa rules, university terms and conditions and also applicable to Mainstay Abroad terms and conditions.

3. Booking and Payments

· Booking Confirmation: Once you make a booking, we will send a confirmation via email. Please review the details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

· Payments: All payments must be made as per the instructions provided during the booking process. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

· Travel Bookings: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms of the service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

· Training Programs: Cancellations for training programs must be made at least 4 days before the start date to qualify for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for more information.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

· Provide accurate and truthful information during the booking and application process.

· Comply with all travel regulations, including visa requirements, health protocols, and local laws of your destination.

· Respect the intellectual property rights of Mainstay Abroad and other third parties.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Mainstay Abroad acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, visa agencies). We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in travel schedules, or visa denials.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mainstay Abroad or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website without prior written consent.

Refund Policy

At Mainstay Abroad, we prioritize transparency in our services and refund processes. Please carefully read the following refund conditions, as refunds are subject to the specific policies outlined below:

1. Visa Services

· No Refund in Visa Fee: Once a visa application is submitted to the embassy or consulate, the visa processing fee is non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the application.

· Embassy Refund Policies: Refunds may differ based on the policies of individual embassies. Mainstay Abroad is not liable for any refunds if an embassy has a non-refundable policy.

· Visa Refusal: There will be no refund if your visa application is denied by the embassy or consulate for any reason.

2. Consultation Services

· No Refund After Consultation Begins: Once our consultation services (visa guidance, travel planning, etc.) have begun through any form of customer support (phone, email, or in-person), no refund will be provided for consultation fees.

3. Bookings (Flights, Hotels, and Other Services)

No Refund Unless Cancellation Policies Are Met: Refunds for travel bookings (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies of the service providers. No claim for a refund will be entertained unless the cancellation meets the specific requirements of these providers.

4.Training Programs (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Spoken English, etc.)

No Refund Once Course Starts: Once the training program has commenced, no refunds will be issued, regardless of participation or completion.

5. Attestation Services

1.No Refund for Completed Attestations: Once document attestation has been completed, no refund will be provided. No refund if any additional services included during stamping, apostle, attestation that include courier, representative price, consultation fee, embassy fee and other legal seal and signature done.

6. Passport Applications

· No Refund Once Officially Paid: Once the payment for a passport application has been made, it is non-refundable, even if the application is canceled or denied.

7. Job-Seeking Programs

· No Refund: There will be no refunds for fees related to our job-seeking assistance programs, irrespective of the outcome. As Mainstay Abroad never gives commitment on overseas employments and embassies decision on approval or refusal. It entirely processes from consideration from employer and embassies. The labor cost for job matching, cv/resume making, cover letter design, motivation letter design and job posting are on our service fee which is completely non-refundable if processing begins with transparent communication with clients.

8. Study Abroad Programs

· Consultancy Fee: You may request a refund for the consultancy fee related to study abroad programs only if the general conditions and terms discussed prior to the service are met. 50% percent of consultancy fee is non-refundable if work has been initiated regarding overseas education services. A refund can be accepted in the form of failure of execution if nothing has been taken into consideration. Your refund can be granted if request has been raised within 15 days from the date of acceptance.

· No Refund on College/University Payments: There will be no refunds for any payments made to universities or colleges or for any bookings done on your behalf.

· No Refund for Visa Processing: Once a visa has been processed for study abroad purposes, no refund will be issued.

9. Embassy and Document Processing

· Non-Refundable Embassy Policies: Mainstay Abroad is not responsible for providing refunds if embassies maintain a non-refundable policy.

· Document and Appointment Fees: Any payments made for document processing, embassy appointments, or VFS services are non-refundable unless VFS terms and conditions allow it.

Processing Time

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days working days after approval.

Changes to This Policy

Mainstay Abroad reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly for updates.

Terms and Conditions for Mainstay Abroad:

When applying for your visa, Mainstay Abroad may offer certain services based on the requirements of the government of the country you are applying to visit. These services are subject to the regulations of the relevant country and may not be available in all cases.

SMS Notifications

Mainstay Abroad provides Short Messaging Services (SMS) to update visa applicants on the status of their applications by email or whatsapp or text. However, the delivery of SMS updates is dependent on various factors such as network conditions, the availability of the applicant’s mobile phone, and other technical issues beyond our control. Mainstay Abroad does not guarantee the timely delivery of SMS messages.

Applicants are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number to receive SMS updates. If an applicant uses another person’s mobile device or provides an incorrect number, they acknowledge that it may result in the disclosure of confidential information, for which Mainstay Abroad will not be responsible.

The SMS service is available from the time of application submission until the visa process is completed. Mainstay Abroad reserves the right to terminate the SMS service at any time without prior notice.

Applicants must not use the SMS service to send any offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content. Mainstay Abroad reserves the right to discontinue the service if any misuse is detected.

In the event that the applicant does not receive SMS updates, they are advised to contact Mainstay Abroad through email or phone.

Interview Scheduling

Certain countries or diplomatic missions may require visa applicants to attend personal interviews. Applicants will need to provide personal information, including their application reference number, name, date of birth, and passport number, to schedule an appointment. This information will be forwarded to the respective diplomatic missions as part of the interview scheduling process. Mainstay Abroad uses vfs and embassies sites for scheduling appointment. It entirely depends upon the terms and condition, privacy policy of official authorized sites and departments. 

All data collected for visa applications will be stored according to our privacy policy. Information from applicants within the European Union (EU) will be stored in EU data centers, while data from non-EU applicants may be stored in our data centers in the UK or India. Information is kept for a limited period and will be purged as per our data retention policy according to the services of vfs global and embassies. 

Third-Party Links

Mainstay Abroad's website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only, and Mainstay Abroad does not endorse or verify the content on such websites. Users should access these sites at their own discretion, and Mainstay Abroad is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred from using third-party links.

Spam Policy

Mainstay Abroad has a zero-tolerance policy toward spam. The use of our website and communication tools to send spam or violate our terms of service is strictly prohibited. Email messages are filtered for spam and other malicious content, but we do not store email messages permanently. Mainstay Abroad does not rent or sell email addresses to third parties.

If you encounter any issues with spam or spoof emails, please report them to us.

Fraudulent Recruitment and Employment Offers

Mainstay Abroad does not offer recruitment services or solicit money in exchange for job offers or visa services. Any communication offering employment opportunities in exchange for fees is fraudulent. Mainstay Abroad advises all applicants to exercise caution when receiving such offers, which may come from individuals impersonating Mainstay Abroad agents.

Warning signs of recruitment fraud include:

  • Emails sent from unofficial email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo)

  • Requests for personal or confidential information

  • Interviews conducted via instant messaging or phone calls

  • Requests for fees in exchange for job offers

  • Urgency in processing work permits or visas

If you suspect fraudulent activity, we recommend contacting the local authorities and notifying Mainstay Abroad at the provided contact information.
