Disclaimer for Mainstay Abroad

Mainstay Abroad acts as a service provider for assistance by various embassies to facilitate visa-related services and VFS Global. Our role includes scheduling appointments, accepting visa applications, collecting service fees, and submitting applications to the respective embassies and VFS Globa as finalized with visa application center. However, the decision to approve or reject a visa is solely at the discretion of the embassy, and Mainstay Abroad has no influence over or responsibility for any delays or rejections in visa processing. The embassy may request additional documentation or refuse a visa application at their discretion.

Document Handling and Liabilities:
While Mainstay Abroad ensures the utmost care when handling client documents, we are not liable for any loss or damage to documents during transit caused by unforeseen events such as accidents, theft, or natural calamities. In case of such incidents, Mainstay Abroad disclaims liability if documents are lost after being handed over to the applicant.

Non-official Websites:
Mainstay Abroad does not take responsibility for any services, content, or guarantees provided by third-party websites or non-official sites claiming affiliation with us. Clients are encouraged to use only official Mainstay Abroad platforms for services and information, as these are the only ones accredited by respective embassies and diplomatic missions. If any one claims to be our official partners or staff, Mainstay Abroad will not be liable to any loss. It is advised to all publicly that kindly verify by email or calls with official numbers and do needful.

Courier and Delivery Services:
For document return services, Mainstay Abroad uses third-party courier companies. We do not control these services, and hence, cannot be held responsible for any delay, misplacement, or loss of documents caused by the courier service. In case of loss or damage to a passport during transit, our liability is limited to reimbursing the visa application fee paid to the embassy for a replacement.

Service Fees:
All service fees collected by Mainstay Abroad are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

Advertising Material:
Occasionally, promotional materials may accompany returned documents. If clients prefer not to receive such materials, they must notify Mainstay Abroad in advance during document submission.

Changes to Terms:
Mainstay Abroad reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. No employee has the authority to change these terms without written approval from Mainstay Abroad management.

Governing Law:
All services and disputes are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from services provided by Mainstay Abroad will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

By using Mainstay Abroad's services, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
